A Complaint.

Out of alllllllllllllll the movies we've watched this school year, WE HAVE NOT WATCHED THE OUTSIDERS. We've watched many, many, many, many movies and none were The Outsiders. Very disappointed in you, teachers!

So even with absolutely no homework I still cannot find something to blog about...how about some random nice things?

I feel like none of these really need an explanation, and if they do, come up with your own...

SCHOOL'S ALMOST OUT!

Final exams were today...that's why I didn't post yesterday! Had to study...well now I'm back! 5 days until summer!!! SO EXCITED! So on our English exam I was very disappointing because there were questions about things we did absolutely AGES ago and nothing about The Outsiders! Unacceptable.

Yes I'm serious! Crazy, right?

My computer still is not fixed and my rental laptop isn't so swell...the mouse doesn't really work and I can't get my pictures on here...hang in there, I shall return with my actual laptop soon!

2013 Memories...

Since it's almost that time again, here are some of my most memorable annotations of last year...

First time through: "Unreliable 1st person narrative"
Fourth time through: "After reading this 4 times, I think Ponyboy is a reliable narrator"

Me: No, really.

Also thought I'd mention I took a test on The Outsiders, did an essay on Dallas Winston, and recited 4 pages of the book from memory for a project...and filled 3 and a half legal-sized papers with the review questions (I didn't have to use the book for those...hehe)...not to mention I had a pretty darn good essay title: Dallas Winston: Hood or Hero? (the only essay in the history of the world that I enjoyed writing. Maybe I'll show it to you guys?)

I'd also like to credit Sam for showing me what the gang looked like for the first time...it was this picture:

I thought they all looked the same HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Yeah now we know better.

Back again!

Okay so I didn't post yesterday and don't have a picture today, but I do have something cool to say! So I did The Color Run, and it was SO much fun! I got some friends and we pretty much walked it, but it was AMAZING! It really was the happiest 5k on the planet. It was just like a moving party. There was music, and fun, and people everywhere smiling and everyone was really happy. Even though my back is still kinda blue, and so are my feet, it was 100% worth it and I am DEFINITELY doing it next year. If you ever get the chance, do it! I thought it was going to be really long, but it wasn't actually. 

I have returned!!!

Sorry I kind of abandoned you guys for a few days here! Stuff got busy...BUT, one of my teachers said something fabulous! One kid was just being annoying as usual and he mentioned "The Outsiders" and asked the teacher if she had seen it and said "Of course! I've seen it like a million times it's a classic 80's movie!" Also, I'm doing The Color Run, which I've never done before, did 2 projects today, and there are 17 1/2 days until summer! Hang in there!
