How it all started...

Since it's almost the time of the year where I started this book, I figured I'd do a little story telling of how it happened..

It all started out like this...

These two plants just love each other! I kept moving them apart, and later they'd be back together again. I'm feeling a little Johnny and Ponyboy/Steve and Soda/Dallas and Johnny...

Beaches and Bunnies

I went to the beach today! It was 90* but so much fun! There were seven boys having a water gun fight...coincidence anyone? I also met a bunny!

And if the day couldn't get any awesome-r, we had pizza for dinner, and take a look at this:

An Exciting Weekend

So last night I found this in a closet...

It's a toy guitar so it doesn't sound so great, but I'm hoping to sometime get a real one and teach myself. {I feel like one of the Greasers plays the guitar but no one knows...I feel like it would be Dallas, but that's just me}

I also painted a dresser, and I got quite a bit of paint in my hair...but I have a feeling that if the gang were painting, there would be paint in more places then just hair.

2. Here's a really interesting thing I found and it will make you think differently about humans: "humans are kinda cute we pass stories down generations to instill wonder in people we'll never know and we have little bells on our houses to tell each other that we've arrived and we shiver when we get cold and we have an endless amount of curiosity and if the night sky is clear our first instinct is to look up at stars and think about going on big adventures" {yes, it is all one sentence}

3. 27 1/2 days till summer for me, that's what I'm going by! I CAN'T WAIT! {my summer bucket list has 171 things...let's see if I can do that in about 80 days...}

A Major Accomplishment

Guess what I did this past weekend???

I FINALLY WATCHED TEX! Samantha and I, to be exact. It was awesome and totally worth the wait. Don't watch it if you haven't read the book though, don't wanna spoil it. But if you are looking for a book recommendation, this is the one. Especially if you liked The Outsiders or any of the other S.E Hinton books.

Back at MY Computer

Finally, my OWN COMPUTER! I thought I would be able to post yesterday, but I didn't. Anywho, I am back now and have some pictures!

We made pasta (by the end of this, there was pasta absolutely everywhere. e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e)

I'm back!

Okay so I was gone a little longer than expected and I don't have pictures at the moment but soon I will! Tomorrow I'll have many pictures for y'all. You see, I actually do have them but I am still on the iPad that's not mine. Let's just say I'll have cats and dessert. But for now, with my extremely fine tuned blogging capabilities I have managed to recover some old pictures to tide you peeps over until we get the real stuff. Day 4...the pet store

Okay I actually went to the pet store yesterday...

and I saw this little chameleon, you know just hangin' around in his little terrarium home

then I came across this rat-excuse me- fancy rat 

I feel like this is how the Greasers slept...just all over however they fell asleep

and then after we picked up allllllllll of the things we needed (okay just 2), we came back to see this little dude really hanging around. like he wouldn't come down, and I think he got stuck??? 

Spring Break: Day 3

Ah yes. The second day of my Spring Break, and it has rained all day. That's okay though, there's still plenty of stuff to do inside.

As you can probably tell, I am overly excited for Spring Break. It's only the first day, and I did a lot of stuff.

-watched bread get made
-saw a guy carrying an iguana down the street

Apple Hearts

I tried to peel a heart onto this apple, and this is what happened. The good thing is, I still have 10 fingers. Anyway, apples are Dallas's birthday fruit, and I love apples! yay for apples :)

I peeled a carrot, and then instead of cutting it, I peeled it some more. In fact, I peeled the entire thing.

I'm back!

I took a break just a little bit less than two weeks...whoopsies! Well, here's what happened.

I got some flowers:

I learned to count to ten in French

Sam got Italian Ice (her picture, but I loved it too much not to use)

I ate dessert

I found recycled toilet paper! (having mixed emotions about this)

I checked the birthday list!

Another thing: I saw some ad for an article about the celebrities who had the worst teeth and guess who was on the cover???
