2014 is halfway over...

Didn't do any bucket list items today, but will do many tomorrow and the days to follow! I did start a mural...here's the chalk before we organized it:

IT IS JULY

IT IS ACTUALLY JULY! and I did 3 bucket list items:

I can fishtail braid my own hair (on the side)
I climbed a tree (3 actually)
and I have over 100 pop tops! (104, to be exact)

(also I am wearing my tie dyed shirt at the moment)

RAIN

I tried to post yesterday but blogger was being annoying, and it never published...without further ado, yesterday's post:

for about 10 minutes anyway...

So, I finished my tie-dye, and I would call it successful!
And I made the sun tea, didn't try it yet

I also went to an antique mall and Starbucks where I got a soda, so that's a double whammy! (MY CAMERA IS OUT OF SPACE AGAIN)

it's just getting hotter

and apparently the 105* weather I was complaining about was only about 89*. not good. it can only get hotter from here. but, we've always got bucket list items to talk about...so I did 5 plus started 2 more:

Have a totally awesome adventure (okay, spending 9pm to 12:30am in an airport was not originally what I had in mind, but what are ya gonna do? I also went hiking in the woods, so there's that.)

this is echinacea, they put it in cough drops and teas and stuff

Dance in the rain (it was pouring rain while I was at this teeny tiny farm with goats and chickens and then we ran to this ice cream shop and danced on a bench.)

Buy a pair of Toms

Make root beer floats (okay, I didn't make it, but I watched it get made and then I had it, so that's close enough)

Be active (I'd say I've had a pretty active summer...)

and for the two I've started, I made sun tea which is now in the fridge cooling off, and I tie-dyed a shirt, and now it's just sitting until tomorrow when I can wash it!

I'm not gonna lie, it felt like 150* out today and I didn't like it.

Plain and simple. It's just getting too hot.

and my sign collection is growing! I started with the green one, then one of my best friends gave me the black one with the same quote, then earlier this summer I got the whale one, then last week I got the other two, and then I got 2 more today!

As for bucket list items, I'll have to check again because I forgot which ones...

Back with some stories...

Starting with the fact I was supposed to get back at 7:30 yesterday, but that didn't happen starting with, and leading to a long chain of events which I am too tired to share but will be noted tomorrow. I also did 6 bucket list items, I think.

Leaving again...
